Crafting your vision is the hallmark of visionary thinking—a potent force propelling individuals toward their dreams, whether in personal endeavors or professional pursuits

As a coach I hear all the time that goal setting doesn't work, and it's true setting goals alone will not work without a powerful and clear vision backing them up. So as you think of your goals for the next year take the time to craft your vision and set yourself up for an awesome 2024. Here are some tips to get you started:
